All prescription weight loss medications dispensed by us require approval from our GPhC registered pharmacist. Submission of a consultation form does not guarantee the issue of a prescription. Our pharmacist will review your medical questionnaire before any medication is dispensed.
Prescriptions issued through our service are for personal use only and must not be shared or transferred to another person. We may request supporting medical information, such as confirmation of your BMI or existing conditions, before proceeding with treatment.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during your consultation is accurate, current, and complete. Please inform us promptly of any changes to your health or medication.
Full payment is required at the time of order. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider.
Payment will be taken at the point of order. If your order is declined by our pharmacist following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days to your original payment method.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is to UK addresses only. You will receive a confirmation notification when your order has been dispatched.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery providers, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If your medication does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us promptly.
Medication must be stored in accordance with the instructions provided. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper storage after delivery.
